We are looking for a bright, energetic associate with Capital Markets expertise who will help build out our Capital Markets Function. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the process for a Debt or Equity raise managing the information requests and evaluate competing terms

The Director of Dealer Operations is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that ensure a best-in-class experience for the dealers offering West Creek financing to consumers and mitigate risk associated with a large dealer network. The scope of the role includes optimizing dealer underwriting and training, improving the speed of adoption of West Creek at new dealers, delivering exceptional customer service via our dealer support team, and managing dealer risk. This position is responsible for supporting the business by providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations to the team, and by assisting in driving the implementation of strategic business initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Customer Service associates at West Creek Financial while managing day-to-day customer service operations. Coaching and development responsibilities include associate development action plans as well as performance improvement guidance for phone calls, schedule adherence, and behavior. Provide daily workflow management including balancing inbound service levels with outbound calling requirements to customers.
