  1. Can I pay off my lease-purchase early?

  2. How do I make payments?

    West Creek will deduct your regularly scheduled payment from the bank account you choose.

  3. How do you decide to approve a customer?

    West Creek approves more than 80% of applications, which is above industry approval rates. At West Creek, we look at your application and cross-check the information you provide us with data providers and credit bureaus to determine if you get approved and the approval amount.

  4. How is a lease-purchase from West Creek different than a loan?

    A lease-purchase means that you are paying to use the product (mattress, tires, appliance) you chose at regular payment intervals, and at the end of your lease term you will own the product. You will not pay interest or an annual percentage rate (APR) like you would on a loan.

  5. How long does the approval process take?

    Applications are considered right on the spot and approvals usually take less than 10 seconds.

  6. How much can I be approved for through West Creek?

    Customers may be approved from $500 – $5,000. Amount of approval depends on factors including income, banking history, length of employment and verification of contact information.

  7. If I don’t have a job, can I still apply?

    Yes. West Creek encourages anyone to apply if you have an income from a reliable source such as Social Security, retirement or pension.

  8. Is there an application or processing fee?

    At the time of application, a small hold ($10-$40) will be placed on your debit card. This will process as your initial payment at the time of signing. If you choose not to proceed, this hold will be released.

  9. What are the requirements for an approval with West Creek?

    You must be 18 years of age or over, have a current bank account, a debit card and a monthly income of at least $1,000 from a reliable source such as a job or Social Security.

  11. What will my payment size be?

    Your payment will be determined by your payment frequency and the cost of the item you are purchasing.

  12. Can I make additional payments on my lease, and what is the process?

    You can make additional payments on your lease at any time. In order to do so, you can contact our Customer Service Team at (844)937-8275 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET or utilize our online customer portal. Making additional payments does not eliminate your regularly scheduled payments.

  14. When will I own my purchase?

    With West Creek, you will own your purchase at the end of your lease term if you have satisfied all of your payments and fulfilled all other requirements.
