A change for the better
We’re excited to share that the Koalafi brand is now here and we have changed our name from West Creek Financial to Koalafi (sounds like “qualify”). After seven years and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, we want a name that reflects what we do best—help more people get what they need when they need it.

Our goal at West Creek has always been to deliver superior products and excellent service that exceeds your expectations. As Koalafi, we’re going to keep those promises and deliver on new ones! So, we’ve been working behind the scenes to ensure your transition will be as seamless as possible.
You’ll notice our new name and refreshed brand on our website. But rest assured, you’ll still receive the same great benefits and customer support that you enjoy today.
A few simple steps for a smooth transition
Now that the Koalafi brand is here, you’ll start to see our new name on all your invoicing, billing, and related documents—but it won’t affect your account.
You can still schedule or change a payment or view your statements on our customer portal, but it will have a new address after the transition. So, if you’ve previously saved the payment URL, you’ll need to update your bookmark.
• Customers with a lease should visit customer.koalafi.com
• Customers with a loan should visit: customerportal.koalafi.com
Depending on your current method of payment, you may need to update your payee name.
For borrowers paying with ACH (auto pay or automated clearing houses)
NO ACTION NEEDED. The merchant name on your billing statement will change from “West Creek Financial, Inc.” to “WCREEK KOALAFI”—but you won’t need to do a thing.
For borrowers paying via check (including automated checks via bill pay)
ACTION NEEDED. After the transition, we recommend you make your checks out to “Koalafi.” However if you forget, we will still accept checks made out to “West Creek.”

No. Our relationship with you isn’t changing and you will continue to have access to the same lease or loan capacity with the same terms. You will not need to sign any new agreements.
The name on your bank statement will change to “WCREEK KOALAFI” for the first 45-60 days and will then change to “KOALAFI WCREEK.”
Nope, you’re all set! Payments will be made automatically—just as they are today.
We recommend that you make the check out to Koalafi. However if you forget, we will still accept checks made out to “West Creek.” Checks can be sent to the following addresses:

The tradeline will include our new name “Koalafi.” There will be no impact to your score.
