We are proud of the exceptional financing products and service we have delivered to businesses and their customers as West Creek. However, we’ve evolved quite a bit as a company since we began back in 2014. Now it’s time for a name that reflects what we do best—help more people get what they need when they need it.

We’ve grown a lot since we opened our doors in 2014. We’re now serving customers and businesses nationwide with a wide variety of financing products and services. So, it’s time for a fresh look and feel that reflects this growth and conveys our vision for the future.

No, we’ve simply outgrown the West Creek brand. And since we’re the same company, neither you nor your customers will need to sign any new contracts or agreements for your existing services.

Go to dealer.koalafi.com. You can still use your previous credentials. If you don’t remember your username or password here are some tips on how to retrieve them.

Your customers can still expect the same simple and transparent financing solutions and service. If they have open leases or available funds, they will still be able to access those as they do today. Not at this time. We will provide you with a new link once the transition is complete, however your existing “apply” link will also work for a period of time. We will be sure to let you know well in advance of any changes to your existing “apply” link.

Yes! You can expect to receive fresh new marketing materials with the Koalafi name and brand elements in early to mid-September. After the transition, you should replace any West Creek digital or in-store materials with your new Koalafi ones.

It will have a fresh look featuring the Koalafi brand. However, the navigation flow and features will be familiar. You can access the new portal at dealer.koalafi.com

No. You do not need to sign a new agreement because of this change.

There are no changes that you need to make to receive funding from Koalafi. It will follow the same process as it did with West Creek.
