Yes! To view your payment schedule, log into the customer portal, select the loan account you wish to view, and select the ‘Transactions’ tab on the left side of the portal. Here you can view completed and forecasted payments.
Yes! To view your loan agreement, log into the customer portal, select the loan account you wish to view, and select the ‘Documents’ tab on the left side of the portal. Here you can download a copy of your loan agreement using the blue arrow on the right. You can also download all other disclosure documents from this page.
You can view the details of your loan by logging into your customer portal using your username and password. Once you have logged in, select the loan account you wish to view.
In you qualify, your deferred interest period represents the amount of time you have to pay-off the principal balance of your loan without accruing additional payment amounts in interest. If you pay-off your loan amount within your deferred interest window, you will receive a credit for the amount of interest paid during that period.

You can make a payment toward your loan by using a debit card, making an ACH transaction via a checking account number, or mailing a check. Our customer support team can also help you set-up autopay. Autopay will deduct your regularly scheduled payment from the bank account you choose.
